TVS Apache RR 310 that is seen as the biggest two-wheeler launch of the year will arrive on 6th of December. The motorcycle has been spied multiple times and its spy images had been doing rounds on the internet endlessly. Now, to take the excitement further to an all-new level, the Hosur-based manufacturer has revealed the first look teaser video of this motorcycle that reveals some more information. Besides this, the company has also aired the TVS Apache RR 310 website. The teaser video reveals that the motorcycle will come with racing stripes just like its younger RTR siblings. At the rear side panels, one can also notice the stickering that says '35 years of TVS Racing'. The TVS Apache RR 310 will offer some interesting features like dual disc brakes with an ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System), fully digital cockpit, twin projector headlamps, LED tail lamp and turning winkers and a lot more. The motorcycle is highly awaited across the country as it will likely be the most affordable full-faired sportsbike that one can buy in the segment. Having said that, we expect the new TVS Apache RR 310 to be launched in India at a competitive pricing that should be around Rs 1.8 lakh (ex-showroom).
The most powerful Apache till date is based on the Akula 310 concept that moved a lot of eyeballs at the 2016 Auto Expo. For those who do not know, the TVS Apache RR 310 draws its power from a 313cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed transmission system and it is the same motor that runs the BMW G310R. The fuel injected motor in the Bavarian roadster develops 34 hp of power and 28 Nm of torque and we are expecting that the new Apache will get it in a different state of tune. Gearbox will be a six-speed unit.

The braking system of the motorcycle comprises of 300mm front and 240mm rear disc brakes and as already mentioned, these will have the backing of an ABS to deliver additional safety. The Apache RR 310 will come equipped with 41mm inverted forks up front while the rear will be taken care of by a monoshock.
The TVS Apache RR 310 will rival against the likes of KTM RC 390, Benelli 302R and to some extent, the Kawasaki Ninja 300 in the full-faired 300cc + territory. For more information, stay tuned with us as we bring you LIVE updates straight from the launch event.
